I handle milking and feeding of the 25 dairy cows. Waltraud manages sheep farming. Fabian is responsible for hay harvesting and lends a hand wherever needed.

Our Story
Frescalpin was born from a shared vision: eight farmers from the Upper Isarco Valley, united by their passion for nature and their desire for independence, created a cooperative dedicated to producing high-quality dairy products.
For over 20 years, our goal has been to combine tradition and innovation to ensure not only excellent products but also economic stability for farming families and the sustainability of local agriculture.

We think about the future and believe in environmental responsibility. That’s why we collaborate with the Biogas Wipptal plant, helping to significantly reduce CO₂ emissions in dairy production.
